Agreement and application
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in COSMODROP Partners. By continuing the application and confirming consent, the applicant accepts the current version of this document.
Submitting an application does not mean automatic acceptance into COSMODROP Partners, the opening of a partner account or the right to launch traffic. We check information about the applicant, sources and previous experience and report the result to the contacts from the application.
We may request clarification or reject an application. Partner status begins only after approval and separate agreement of the terms. The applicant confirms that:
- the applicant has reached 18 years of age and has the right to conduct the declared activity;
- contact details and traffic information are current and true;
- the applicant controls the declared sites or has permission to work with them;
- prior to approval, the impression of being an official COSMODROP representative is not created.
Key definitions
- Program
- COSMODROP Partners, through which partner terms, links, statistics, and rewards are managed.
- Partner
- An approved applicant whose partner dashboard and individual commercial terms have been activated.
- Affiliate link
- A link or identifier issued by the program and used to attribute visits and players.
- FTD
- The first qualifying deposit by a referred player under the criteria agreed before activation.
- Net revenue
- The RevShare calculation base under the individually agreed formula.
Partner links and attribution
The partner uses links issued by the program and does not alter parameters required for correct attribution. Visits, registrations, and later events are recorded according to the program's technical systems.
If a link, its parameters, or an integration is changed without approval, the program cannot guarantee correct attribution. The partner must report statistical discrepancies to partners@cosmodrop.net with sufficient information for review.
The framework of cooperation has been confirmed
The RevShare rate is fixed at 50% of net revenue from the start. There are no tiers or rate increases. Negative results carry forward to the next settlement period and offset positive results.
The precise qualifying FTD criteria, net revenue formula, attribution rules, and technical payout details are set in the individual terms before partner activation. Before activation, we will provide the operator details and final commercial agreement. An application itself does not guarantee income or a payout.
Liability
5.1 The program does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. COSMODROP Partners reserves the right to carry out preventive maintenance with partial or complete suspension of operations.
5.2 If a partner's commissions have been incorrectly calculated or paid and/or statistics have been incorrectly collected for any reason, the program has the right to correct these errors by making adjusting entries in the partner's account.
5.3 COSMODROP Partners reserves the right to charge the partner's account for any financial expenses that may arise from fraudulent activity by players whom the partner referred to the websites of the program's projects.
5.4 Intentional actions aimed at causing financial or other harm to the affiliate program or partner websites are prohibited and are punishable by account blocking without payment or the possibility of reinstatement.
5.5 COSMODROP Partners is not responsible for the content of partners' websites or partners' actions.
5.6 In the event of disputes, the affiliate program's specialists will consider all of the partner's arguments and explanations and will do everything possible to ensure that decisions are made as objectively as possible. The final decision of COSMODROP Partners specialists is not subject to review.
Confidentiality of information
6.1 COSMODROP Partners, like the program's projects, applies various technical measures to protect all confidential information held by us from any unauthorized access, alteration and/or destruction.
6.2 All COSMODROP Partners specialists and information processors who have access to the personal data of partners and the players they refer, as well as anyone otherwise involved in processing such data, are contractually obliged to respect your right to confidentiality.
6.3 All partners' personal data will not be retained in the program for longer than is required for full cooperation.
6.4 Partners of COSMODROP Partners, in turn, are obliged to keep all confidential information secret even after termination of this agreement.
Prohibited sources and practices
Sources, platforms, formats, and audiences must be approved before launch. Without separate approval, the following are prohibited:
- spam, forced redirects, and misleading advertising claims;
- artificial registrations, multiple accounts, self-referrals, and incentivized traffic;
- substitution, concealment, or interference with partner links;
- content aimed at persons under 18 or content that infringes third-party rights;
- use of the brand in a way that suggests the partner is an official COSMODROP representative.
Partner duties
The partner keeps contact and payment details current, uses only approved sources, follows advertising requirements, and does not share dashboard access with third parties.
The partner is responsible for the content of their platforms, disclosure of advertising material, and the lawfulness of promotion methods. Suspicious activity, loss of access, or a material statistical error must be reported without undue delay.
Brand and intellectual property
After activation, the partner receives a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use approved COSMODROP materials solely for promotion within the partner program.
The partner must not register domain names, accounts, advertisements, or identifiers that imitate COSMODROP or may mislead the audience. Any changes to logos, text, or visual materials require approval.
Suspension and termination
The program may temporarily restrict access, statistical review, or a payout while investigating possible fraud, a breach of these terms, a security threat, or inaccurate information.
Participation may be terminated by the partner or the program. The final calculation takes into account verified data, individual terms, and adjustments under section 5.
Changes and notices
The program may update these Terms and Conditions by publishing a new version on this page and, when appropriate, notifying the partner through the dashboard or provided contact details.
An updated version applies from the moment of publication. Continuing to work after it takes effect constitutes acceptance; if the partner disagrees, they must stop using partner links and contact the program.
General terms and contact
Individual commercial terms define FTD criteria, the net revenue formula, permitted sources, attribution and settlements. New approvals have a fixed 50% RevShare rate; individual terms cannot change it. Previously agreed rates are preserved. For an existing approved partner, 50% applies to new registrations only after explicit reapproval; historical rates for existing players remain unchanged.
If an individual provision cannot be applied, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Electronic notices, dashboard records, and correspondence through agreed contacts may be used to confirm arrangements.
If the terms have not been agreed, the partner must not launch traffic or expect a reward. Questions about an application or participation can be sent to partners@cosmodrop.net.
