What the application contains
We receive the name, verified email address, Telegram, optional ID of the partner who invited the applicant, source of traffic, declared amount of traffic in USD, description of previous experience and notes of acceptance of the rules and this policy.
Technical security and session data may be processed during account creation, login and application submission.
Your language choice is stored locally in your browser for future visits. This record contains no application data, passwords or authentication tokens.
Referral names and codes, SubID, and transition time are stored for affiliate accounting. The partner sees only his own transfers, registrations and financial results of the referred players; a pseudonymous identifier is used instead of the player's personal data. Steam ID, email, name, trade link and player authorization secrets are not shared through these reports.
The clicklog may contain an approximate country, a redirect source domain without path or parameters, and a partially hidden IP address: network /24 for IPv4 or /48 for IPv6. The full IP address is only available to the administrator for 30 days after the click; then hidden in reports and cleaned up by a scheduled task. Unknown or historically missing data is not artificially restored.
Records of transitions on the main site are subject to scheduled cleaning after 93 days. The link of the first source after registration is saved together with the player's account; the program owner can view affiliate reports to verify accounting. Do not add personal player data to campaign names or SubIDs.
Why do we need this data?
- create and protect a partner account;
- verify application, traffic sources and experience;
- contact for clarifications and notify the decision;
- prevent duplicate applications, fraud and technical abuse.
Agreeing to this policy is required to process the application and does not constitute consent to advertising or marketing communications. The form does not require a separate marketing consent.
Where the data is processed
Clerk manages registration, email confirmation, login and password; we do not receive or store the password in the COSMODROP Partners system. Application fields are transferred to our server after account confirmation and are stored in a private server database along with the status and history of decisions. Clerk metadata may contain a historical copy of the application.
Vercel provides website and server hosting. Only those who need it for review, support or service security have access to the application.
Correction and removal
The data is stored no longer than is necessary to process the application, operate the account, protect the program from abuse and other legitimate purposes. Final processing conditions for an active partnership are provided prior to activation along with operator data.
To request access to data, correction or deletion of an application or account, write from the registered email address. We will review the request and let you know what data can be corrected or deleted at the appropriate stage.

Confidentiality of information
6.1 COSMODROP Partners, like the program's projects, applies various technical measures to protect all confidential information held by us from any unauthorized access, alteration and/or destruction.
6.2 All COSMODROP Partners specialists and information processors who have access to the personal data of partners and the players they refer, as well as anyone otherwise involved in processing such data, are contractually obliged to respect your right to confidentiality.
6.3 All partners' personal data will not be retained in the program for longer than is required for full cooperation.
6.4 Partners of COSMODROP Partners, in turn, are obliged to keep all confidential information secret even after termination of this agreement.
